We invite stakeholders and experts from across the field to join an interactive discussion on the strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities of lignin-based aromatics for industrial applications.
The VITO team has prepared an initial SWOT analysis that will serve as the starting point for a collaborative review and exchange of ideas. Together, we will refine the analysis and explore strategies to transform potential threats into new opportunities. Experts from the COUNTLESS project will also contribute their insights and perspectives during the discussion.
The workshop will be carried out collaboratively via an online whiteboard platform (Miro), allowing participants to actively engage throughout the session. All participants will receive the workshop documentation after the event.
The findings from this workshop will contribute to the development of a roadmap for the production of lignin-based platform chemicals and their implementation in industrial applications.
