Our coordinator Kelly Servaes took the stage at the „Bio-aromatics on the Rise“ event on 24 November in Brussels. She presented the research and solutions on lignin-derived aromatics carried out at VITO, among others in our COUNTLESS project. Other colleagues presented insights into feedstock supply, techno-economic assessment (TEA) and Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) strategies.
Of special interest were the strategies and upscaling opportunities through the industrial-scale LignoValue Pilot plant, which sits at the heart of the COUNTLESS process chain.
